2. Services
TheVisaCanada provides Canadian immigration consulting services through Amer Rehman, RCIC #R515343, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
3. Consultation Fees
A consultation fee applies for case-specific advice. Fees are disclosed prior to booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. General information provided on this website is available at no cost.
4. Retainer Agreements
Representation services require a signed retainer agreement. The agreement will specify the scope of services, fees, and terms of engagement. No representation relationship exists until a retainer agreement is signed.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee the approval of any immigration application. Outcomes depend on many factors including eligibility, documentation quality, and the discretion of immigration authorities.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Submitting required documents in a timely manner
- Notifying us of any changes in circumstances
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with CICC regulations and applicable privacy laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
